To help with your bulk cooking, I created these Printable Freezer Labels that work perfectly with a Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle.

I enjoy preparing meals in bulk and assembling crock pot and freezer meals from many helpful bloggers, including:
Mixing with Michelle
Darcie’s Dishes
Mrs. Criddles Kitchen
The Coers Family
Working At Homeschool
and other Trim Healthy Mama bloggers who share freezer-meal ideas.
There’s also a crock pot section in the Trim Healthy Mama book
See Pages 308–315 for crock pot meals and Pages 316–327 for Hearty Oven Meals.
Using these Printable Freezer Labels saves time and reduces meal-time stress.

With these labels you can quickly identify what to use first, include meal type and reheating directions, and keep everything organized in one place.
No more cramming information into a tiny corner of a freezer bag or struggling with tape that falls off foil or glass containers.
I provide the Printable Freezer Labels as a PDF so you can print them on sticker paper and apply them directly to meals. You can also print them on regular paper and tape them to grouped pantry items that belong to a particular meal (I secure the group with a rubber band first).
It may sound like extra work, but when my boys were younger they often took items intended for a specific recipe. Grouping ingredients together and labeling them helped prevent missing ingredients and saved me from last-minute grocery runs after a long day.
Give the labels a try and see how they streamline your meal prep. I’d love to hear how they work for you.
