Ingredients

  • 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 pound deli ham, diced
  • 1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) bag Herb stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into the crock pot. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Pour about 1/4 of the sauce over the chicken.
