Keto Cast Iron Skillet Cheese Pizza

This skillet pizza is incredibly simple and fast to make.

With only three main ingredients plus seasonings, it comes together quickly and is easy to adapt. Keep it plain for an Egg Fast–compliant meal or add pepperoni, vegetables, or extra cheese for a regular keto option.

What you will need to make the Keto Skillet Cheese Pizza

  • Eggs
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella is ideal for the base)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Italian seasoning
  • Optional toppings (extra cheese, pepperoni, hot sauce, herbs)
  • A cast iron pan (a two-handled pan is convenient for moving in and out of the oven)

The recipe yields four generous servings. If you are following the Keto Egg Fast, each quarter equals 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of fat, and 1 ounce of cheese.

A crust-free, nut-free cheese pizza ready in under 30 minutes. This version is Egg Fast compatible; for standard keto, add pepperoni, vegetables, or other toppings to suit your taste.

Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • 2 oz (1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of salt, to taste

Topping

  • 2 oz shredded cheese (any kind)
  • Extra Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease or spray a cast iron pan so the pizza won’t stick.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the shredded cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, and seasonings until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared cast iron pan, smoothing the top.
  5. Sprinkle additional seasoning and the extra shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Optional: drizzle a little hot sauce for extra heat.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the pizza is puffed and beginning to brown on top.
  8. Remove from the oven, cut into four pieces, and enjoy.

Notes

Egg Fast serving note: One quarter of this pizza equals 1 egg, 1 tablespoon fat, and 1 ounce cheese when following the Egg Fast.
