Crispy Oven-Roasted Ranch Potatoes with Parmesan

Seasoned with ranch and roasted in the oven, these Roasted Ranch Potatoes are a simple, flavorful side that pairs well with any meal.

Ingredients:

  • Russet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Ranch seasoning mix

Directions:

Step One: Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Step Two: Wash and cut the russet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step Three: Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the potatoes and toss again until they are well coated.

Step Four: Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning once or twice, until the potatoes are tender inside and golden brown outside.

Can I make these Roasted Ranch Potatoes in the slow cooker?

You can prepare the same ingredients in a slow cooker, but the potatoes won’t develop the same crispy, roasted exterior. If you prefer a slow cooker method, try a cheesy ranch slow cooker version for a softer, creamy result.

  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
