The blueberry oatmeal smoothie is a favorite for kids and adults alike. The sweet, fruity flavor and frosty texture make it an easy crowd-pleaser, and it’s made with wholesome ingredients.

What distinguishes this recipe is its creamy, satisfying texture from rolled oats and plant-based yogurt. The oats add body while the yogurt creates a smooth, thick consistency that feels indulgent yet wholesome.

If you want a fun twist, pour the blended smoothie into popsicle molds and freeze for blueberry muffin–inspired ice pops.

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1 cup Blueberries frozen
  • ½ cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Oatmeal uncooked
  • ¼ cup Plant-Based Yogurt vanilla flavored

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Garnish with fresh fruit, seeds, or your favorite toppings, if desired.

Notes

Adjust thickness by adding ice for a thicker texture (add ½ cup at a time) or extra almond milk to thin it.

Any plant-based milk can replace almond milk—use a 1:1 substitution.

If your fruit isn’t frozen, use fresh berries and banana and add 1 cup of ice to chill and thicken the smoothie.
