Glutino Gluten Free Bagel Chips hold a special place on our appetizer table as an ideal companion to cheese. They have a firm texture that stands up to spreading soft cheeses as well as mildly firm varieties, a convenient bite-sized shape, and a mild taste that lets toppings shine. We often use them with brie and a small spoonful of raspberry or other jam, and sometimes melt cheese on top or float them in soup for a comforting twist. For versatility, we prefer the Original flavor over Parmesan Garlic so the toppings remain the focus.
