How to Make Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu
Start by whisking together two cans of cream of chicken soup, one cup of milk, and three tablespoons of Dijon mustard until smooth.
Place 2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts in a crock pot or slow cooker, season with kosher salt and pepper, and pour about one-quarter of the soup mixture over the chicken.
Top the chicken with 1/2 pound diced deli ham and 1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese.

Pour the remaining soup mixture evenly over the ham and cheese.

Sprinkle an 8-ounce bag of Herb stuffing mix over the top and drizzle 4 tablespoons of melted butter across the stuffing.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

A super easy way to make chicken cordon bleu, slow cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 pound deli ham, diced
- 1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) bag Herb stuffing mix
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and Dijon mustard.
- Place the chicken breasts into the crock pot. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Pour about 1/4 of the sauce over the chicken.
- Layer the diced ham on top of the chicken, then lay the Swiss cheese slices over the ham. Pour the remaining sauce over everything.
- Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the top and pour the melted butter over the stuffing.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
