Skier’s Breakfast Burrito at Beaumont Bakery — Morning Favorite

I’m focusing mostly on newer breakfast spots for my SLC breakfast tour, but there are a few places I’ve visited before that still feel fresh to the valley. Beaumont is one of those spots, and after picking up a breakfast burrito there today, I knew it deserved a mention.

What keeps me coming back to Beaumont is convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating along the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is one of the best spots to fuel up before heading out. I often grab a breakfast burrito on the way up the canyon before a long ski day. The drive-through makes it fast and practical without sacrificing quality. While many Mexican-style drive-through breakfast burritos can be greasy and leave you feeling sluggish, Beaumont strikes a balance—satisfying but not heavy.

The Beaumont breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What elevates it, though, is the sauce. A great burrito often comes down to its sauce, and Beaumont’s creamy tomatillo esc dressing adds bright, tangy, and slightly smoky notes that tie the whole sandwich together.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than a standout burrito. Their coffee and pastries are excellent, and the burrata salad is a favorite when you want something lighter or shareable. The space itself is inviting—there’s a pleasant patio and an attractive, thoughtfully designed interior that makes it a nice place to relax when time allows.

A quick note on crowds: great food draws people, and Beaumont is no exception. Weekends can be busy, with lines or a crowd gathered outside. If you just want coffee and pastries, you can usually grab them quickly or use the drive-through. If you plan to sit and enjoy a meal, expect a possible wait on weekend mornings.

Overall, Beaumont is reliable, fresh, and convenient—especially for outdoor-minded breakfasts before a day in the mountains. Whether you’re stopping for a quick drive-through burrito or lingering over coffee and pastries, it’s worth a visit.
