INSTANT POT CORN ON THE COB

Ingredients

  • Fresh ears of corn, husks and silk removed
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups of water into the Instant Pot.
  2. Place the trivet inside the pot and set a steamer basket on top of it.
  3. Arrange the cleaned ears of corn in the steamer basket.
  4. Close the lid, lock it, and set the valve to sealing.
  5. Select Manual/High pressure and set the timer for 3 minutes.
  6. When the cook time ends, perform a quick release of the pressure, open the lid, and remove the corn carefully.
